It all began over an afternoon bike ride and a conversation over a latte — sparking a vision for homes built with intention, processes rooted in transparency, and quality that is never compromised. The sale of our inaugural home in Garden Ridge in 2013 marked the start of a journey defined by purpose, distinction, and elevated craftsmanship.
Today, after more than 22 years in custom building, we’ve grown through humility, integrity, and transparency — all without model homes, sales representatives, or Parade of Homes entries.
