  2. AMENITIES: appliances, cabinetry, counters, flooring, hardware, insulation, millwork, plumbing, roofing, and specialty windows and doors

Surprised? With custom home building, there's no "set specification" for appliances, cabinets, flooring, hardware, lighting, plumbing, insulation, etc. At GCH, features are tailored to suit your specific needs and priced accordingly. Everything in, on, around, and through your home will be covered. 


Some builders attempt to sway buyers emotionally by showcasing luxury model homes, or parade homes priced well above the norm. These "halo homes" while attractive, can be misleading leaving many potential buyers trying to pick the truth out from the fluff.
